The Clutch Gear Guarantee
We are committed to making quality, durable products that you are proud to use and want to SHOW’EM WHAT YOU LOVE. We know you take performance seriously, and so do we, which is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on manufacturer defects.
Warranty Coverage
- Orders placed directly from Clutch Gear. Our warranty only covers product purchased directly from Clutch Gear – either online at www.clutchgear.com or at an event.
- Temperature Regulated Insulation. While it is uncommon for a vacuum insulated stainless steel product to lose its insulation quality, it may occur. If your vessel is hot to the touch when filled with boiling water, or if it is cold to the touch when filled with ice water, then contact us. Use caution when filling the product with boiling water.
- Faulty Lids. If your product is advertised as leakproof, and it does not keep its seal, please contact us.
- Shipping Damage. If your product was damaged in shipping, and you have not used your product, please contact us.
- Repair or Replacement. Our warranty covers replacement parts or full replacement if necessary. It does not cover a refund of any type. The item or part replaced will be of the same size and color. Certain products or accessories may not always be available in which case a similar or comparable part or product would be offered.
Warranty Exclusions
- General wear and tear, dents or scratches, powder coating chips, punctures or drops, and other physical damage.
- Damage resulting from improper use or misuse of the product, damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembling, altering or modifying.
- Lost or stolen parts, products or accessories.
- Damaged Packaging when the product is not damaged.
- Orders from authorized retailers. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies so please contact them directly for more information.
- As allowed by law, there are no other express warranties other than this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OFFERED BY CLUTCH GEAR FOR THE PRODUCTS AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS ALLOWED BY LAW, CLUTCH GEAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLUTCH GEAR’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE MSRP OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT.
Return of Product
We may ask that you return the damaged products to us in appropriate packaging to prevent additional damage during the shipping process. In the event we require you to return the products, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.
How to File a Claim
Email us at hello@clutchgear.com to begin your claim. Include the following items in your email:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number
- Email Address used for the order
- Phone Number
- The product being returned
- Reason for the warranty claim
- Copy of the receipt
- Date of Purchase
- Photo(s) of the issue
- Shipping address for replacement item
Once your information has been received, we will contact you within 7 business days.
