Shipping policy
We want you to get your Clutch Gear product as soon as possible, which is why we work diligently to process and ship your order in a timely manner. Our goal is to ship your order within 2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "delivery by" dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
During the holiday season, UPS and USPS (which are our two primary providers), are working around the clock to delivery your order, but shipping delays are anticipated during the season. We will do everything we can to timely fulfill your orders but we appreciate your patience as once our provider has the order, we are relying on them to deliver it to you.
Domestic shipping rates apply to the contiguous 48 States in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands). Domestic Shipping rates are not available internationally. For shipping outside the domestic United States, please contact us at hello@clutchgear.com.
While we receive discounted rates from our providers, shipping costs are an expense. We are a small business startup that launched in 2024 and are unable to absorb the actual cost of shipping, so we allow the customer to select shipping options that best meet their needs at the carrier provided costs. We wish the costs were lower, but we are passing our fulfillment costs through on orders. Thank you for supporting our business!
