Return Policy

We want you to love your Clutch Gear products so much that you want to show them off to your friends. If you don't want to SHOW'EM WHAT YOU LOVE, then we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase of your item to request a return. 

But there are some rules of the road.  To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased directly from Clutch Gear.  For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies so please contact them directly for more information.  Additionally, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags as applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Any gifts or freebies included with your order must also be returned to qualify for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@clutchgear.com. Be sure to include your contact information including your name and phone number, correct order number and the email that was used to place your order. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@clutchgear.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of your product and sales tax, but we will deduct the shipping costs from your original order (even if you received free shipping on the order), the credit card transaction fees, and the return shipping fees. Large orders may incur additional restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. During peak times, return processing times may be delayed.
