Got it as a gift for my boyfriend and I know he’ll love it!
Cup looks cool very different idea but... cup constantly falls over from the bottom design, dents very easily when it falls on to the ground also. I have knocked this cup over from its unstable design so many times it is annoying! I ended up smashing the bottom flat so it is now more stable but it is ridiculous that a cup of this price point falls over, and dents so easily! I will not end up buying another one after buying two due to this problem!
I bought 2 tumblers for myself and my wife at Bristol race track last year and have used nothing else since. Hope they are at the track this year need to pick some up for gifts.
The handle snapped off while unscrewing the lid (I.e. not an unreasonable amount of torque.) I bought a replacement band/grip and discovered the handle isn't replaceable.
I emailed support over a week ago and haven't received a reply
Got this when I started my new Job its been 2 weeks and I have been using both the tumbler and the mug everyday I absolutely love both of them and are also great convo starters it fuels the car enthusiasts side of my brain. I just wish there was a bigger tumbler :(
