I was very pleased with the service and package of the cup overall. I was extremely thrilled to find the handmade cards from the kids, and was impressed with the overall appearance and feel of the cup, but after only 3 days of use, after the cup fell off a small ledge, the handle snapped off, breaking the plastic ring and weld points of the handle. My question now is, does clutch products offer replacement parts or warranties of any sort?

A terriffic product that any gearhead guy that likes coffee will find most unusual and neat,,,I wanted an orange one but they were out and got a brite glossy yellow instead, it works great and looks very cool !!
